I am already weary of the issue being made over Judge Roberts being Catholic. Just because someone is Catholic doesn’t mean you’re going to know how he’s going to stand on any particular issue, right?
For example. Where does Ted Kennedy stand on abortion? How about Senator Rick Santorum?
And why is Judge Roberts’ Catholicism such an issue? Was Ruth Bader Ginsburg required to defend her ‘Jewish cultural identity’?
Let’s just look at the man’s judicial record and let common sense speak for itself. Or is “common sense” now an oxymoron in Washington?
