Skirts and Bikes?

Having just returned from the UK, I can attest to the fact that lots of women there understand that skirts are in fashion! And, as is obvious from this man’s recent trip to the Netherlands, women there wear skirts…AND ride their bikes in them! Here’s one shot, with many more on his site.
