Anti-Catholic Blogger Quits Edwards Campaign

Talk about not learning from one’s mistakes…

The Edward’s campaign Blogger who made so many foul anti-Catholic and anti-Christian statements did it again yesterday…then “freely” resigned from the Edward’s campaign.

“No matter what you think about the campaign, I signed on to be a supporter and a tireless employee for them, and if I can’t do the job I was hired to do because Bill Donohue doesn’t have anything better to do with his time than harass me, then I won’t do it,” Marcotte wrote Monday night.

But she vows to fight back:

Unencumbered by her work for Edwards, she vowed to strike back. “The main good news,” Marcotte wrote, “is that I don’t have a conflict of interest issue anymore that was preventing me from defending myself against these baseless accusations. So it’s on.”

Yesterday, Marcotte wrote a review on her Blog of a futuristic movie about infertility and said the following:

“The Christian version of the virgin birth is generally interpreted as super-patriarchal,” she said, “where god is viewed as so powerful he can impregnate without befouling himself by touching a woman, and women are nothing but vessels.”
