I’d say step number ONE is to pray together. We’re about to celebrate our 25th Anniversary, and I can personally vouch for a number of these steps!!!

We don’t want to assume (rash judgment!) that a person who is dressed in either extreme is doing so out of pride or self-righteousness…or that if a person is dressed inappropriately that they’re doing it on purpose.
