Because of his radical beliefs on the inferiority of women, isn’t it ironic that Major Hasan was stopped by a woman? Sgt. Kimberly Munley, a 34-year-old mother of two, sustained gun shot wounds to both of her legs and her wrist yet

continued shooting to take down Hasan. Nicknamed “Mighty Mouse” in 2001 by her colleagues, Mrs. Munley downed Major Hasan and saved many more people from being shot.
