I’d say step number ONE is to pray together. We’re about to celebrate our 25th Anniversary, and I can personally vouch for a number of these steps!!!
1. Shake up date night: Just pick something you’ve never done before (or recently) together. Rewarding experiences flood your brain with dopamine, a mood-boosting chemical. “If your partner is present, that feeling becomes linked to him,” says Aron.
