All these people worried about Grandma being able to get a pace maker should ask themselves if Grandma is being denied one now b/c you know, she’s on gov’t sponsored healthcare right now. Ask yourselves if YOU, personally, have ever known any of our elderly loved ones who’ve been denied any healthcare of any sort – ever.
In fact, as Christians, I have to wonder what kind of Christians care more about themselves than whether or not 30 million more American citizens have healthcare. How is it Christian to sacrifice our neighbors for our own personal good? When did it become moral to worry about taxes at the expense of our neighbors health?
I work in a pharmacy and regularly see the elderly denied healthcare. Or, when they move to Part D they’re forced to use insurance that won’t pay for their scripts. How Christian is that?
