First, the US contributes nearly 20% to the IMF. Second, AIG (who, as I remember, was bailed out by the US government–using our tax dollars) is a key supplier of Credit Default Swaps (CDS) on Greek debt.

CNN: Obama Admits Private Corporations Do Better than Government Programs
Okay, this is hilarious. In his own words, Obama says that government run programs are a mess and free market capitalism works better. And he wants the government to determine life and death issues?!?!

So what does President Obama do? He makes matters worse. He tries to argue that private companies can in fact compete with the government, and he winds up needing a special operation to remove his foot from his mouth.
