Stop Feeling Guilty!

Feeling “guilty” is only good if you use it as a trigger to highlight something you NEED to change that violates your moral, ethical, or personal standard of conduct…and then CHANGING it!

The definition of guilt is, “a cognitive or emotional experience that occurs when a person realizes or believes—accurately or not—that he or she has compromised his or her own standards of conduct or has violated a moral standard and bears significant responsibility for that violation.”

Don’t be a slave to guilt! Furthermore, I give you permission to drop any bad feelings associated with these things if you’d like to get them out of your life.

Here are 3 things (and a bonus!) that I detail and break down in the video.

1. Not checking your Social Media (or email or text) multiple times a day.

2. Self-Care, or “indulging” yourself.

3. Ending a relationship

Stop feeling guilty! This is the healthy kind of “selfish because it is beneficial to you and not harmful to anyone else.
